When will my pocket finger arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3 working days upon confirmation. Arrival times depend on where you are located. We ship from Singapore. Singapore customers may expect an estimated arrival time of around 1-3 working days (not including processing time of 3 working days). US and Canada customers may expect an estimated 3-14 working days. For the rest of the world, it may range from 1-14 working days, not including processing time. Do note that there are no guarantees for arrival times; many external factors such as volume may also affect delivery times.

How do I track my mail?

All mail are delivered using SingPost. Once your pocket finger has been mailed, you will receive a shipping confirmation message from us. If you selected a shipping method that includes tracking, a Singpost tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation email. You may go to www.singpost.com and key in your tracking number to see where your pocket finger currently is in the shipping process.

Whose shipping address should I enter in the check out page?

If you want the pocket finger for yourself, enter your own shipping address. If you want it for someone else, enter his or her shipping address.

My order has not arrived yet, what can I do?

Please review our first question to estimate how long it will take for your order to arrive. The post office might be having an off day so give them an extra few days. If there is no progress with the tracking and you think it is lost please Contact Us.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes.

Changing Address or Other Mistakes

Entered some incorrect information during checkout? Need to update the shipping address or anything else?

Let us know what is wrong and how to change it, if the order has not shipped we will update the order.

We can only offer a refund if the item has not been shipped, no refunds once shipment has been made.
